The purpose of the Trust and this website is to :

1) Raise public awareness of childhood leukaemia among the population at large. This is not solely isolated to the general populace but specifically to the non Caucasian segments of the population, which forms a small percentage of Bone Marrow Donors on all registries worldwide.

2) Encourage families that are going through the same tribulations:- To encourage them to never lose hope, to hold on and to remain steadfast and strong in the face of adversity. The most important message the Trust would like to convey to families is to always trust in the Lord.

3) Tell the story of Tabo Chibafa, a smart, spiffy and gutsy 4 year old boy, who bravely battled Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) for a year and who was sadly taken away from us on 21 July 2010.

4) Motivate non- Caucasians to register to be committed Bone Marrow Donors.

5) Raise funds to assist needy children who are fighting childhood leukaemia and to contribute to encouraging more people to become bone marrow / stem cell donors.
